Gain valuable insights, get answers to your questions, review exercises, define programming and exercise parameters for common injuries and conditions, and explore teaching tips to build your confidence working with any client.

Why take a Master Class?

We will offer a detailed overview of the topic to be discussed. This will include any resources we use and a summary sheet for students to take notes. Depending on the topic, we will cover the following points of discussion:

- What is the concern, injury, or condition?
- Which areas of the body are affected?
- What demographic or gender groups are involved?

We will analyze the underlying causes, symptoms, poor biomechanics, and imbalances that a client may exhibit. Gather information to identify the SINSS: Severity, Intensity, Nature, Stage, and Stability. How does Pilates fit into this?

Significance of the Topic

We will discuss the importance of offering the appropriate level of programming, positions to avoid, and how to manage these elements to ensure a safe and effective workout. We will explore various programming ideas, including a practical component that involves conducting a class or observing a client during the teaching process. We will conclude with a Q&A, Ask Us Anything format.
